XciteMy Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for choosing XciteMy! We're excited to get your order to you.  Because our strips are currently available for pre-order, please carefully review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle pre-orders and deliveries.

 

1. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

Our mouth strips are currently in the pre-order phase.  We anticipate shipping all pre-orders during the second week of March. This timeline is subject to change, and we will notify you via email if any adjustments occur.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

2. Order Processing

While your order is processed immediately to secure your pre-order, physical shipment will not occur until the pre-order fulfillment window in March. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships in March. The tracking number may take up to 24-48 hours to become active.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, XciteMy ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are exploring options for the future.

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our shipping estimates, XciteMy is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

*   Weather conditions

*   Carrier delays (due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or strikes)

*   Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

 

If you experience a significant delay after your order has shipped, please contact us at support@xcitemy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

XciteMy is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.  If your package is lost or arrives damaged *after it has shipped*, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

For damaged items, also email us at info@xcitemy.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with the claims process or arrange a replacement if appropriate.

 

8. Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address *before* your pre-order ships, please contact us at info@xcitemy.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
