XciteMy Shipping Policy

At XciteMy, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after shipment.

4. International Shipping

At this time, XciteMy only ships within USA. We do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services globally. Stay tuned for updates!

5. Shipping Delays

XciteMy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays (due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If there are significant delays in your shipment, please contact us at support@xcitemy.com and we will assist you.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • XciteMy  is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • For damaged items, please email us at thehealthystrip@xcitemy.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

8. Changes to Your Shipping Address

  • If you need to update or change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at thehealthystrip@xcitemy.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.
